Answers to Frequently Asked Questions

What Time Do the Gates Close?

Our gates close every night at 10pm

Is Your Storage Site Legal?

In Alberta, there are several RV storage lots that offer legal storage. If you are parking your RV on a farm, it is not legal for the owner to offer storage of any kind. You will run the risk of having to leave with short or no notice. Some insurance companies will not honor your insurance if stored on a farm.  Best to pick a place that does not have these issues. We are of course a legally zoned location.

Who is Responsible for Insurance?

We have insurance for our property which covers us in the event of a problem. You will require insurance for your vehicle and any liability you may have. Storage insurance is fine if you don’t want full road insurance. Just make sure you have enough insurance to cover anything that may come up. Ask your insurance broker what you may require. Please see our terms of service for more details.

When Can I Pick Up My RV?

We are open from 8 am to 9 pm every day of the week for pickup and drop off. New customers should phone ahead for appointment before bringing your unit in.

Is the Storage Site Secure?

We are onsite owners, we have a gated and fenced lot, cameras and proximity sensors. The area has 24 hour drive around security. We recommend removing batteries and propane tanks to eliminate temptation!

Is There a Minimum Stay?

No, but we are always full so if you give up your space, you will likely have a hard time getting it back. Minimum stay is 2 months. If you have chosen the yearly payment and leave early, no refund will be given.

How Do You Determine Rental Rate?

Our rates are based on site size. We have 4 sizes of sites. 20′, 30′, 35′, 40′ as well as a 60′ pull through and a 70′ pull through. The prices are posted on the Storage Page. This is not the length of your trailer but rather the size of the parking space. To calculate your RV size, measure it from the furthest point at the back to the furthest point at the front. The numbers on the side of the unit will not be used as the length. Our 30 foot spot will only accommodate a maximum of 30 feet so if your unit is 31 you will need a 35 foot space.
